We offer an in-house Annual Dental Wellness Plan for adults and children. There is an annual fee, which must be paid before the first appointment. Plans include a comprehensive new patient exam, necessary x-rays, 2 regular cleanings, periodic 6 month exam, oral cancer screening, periodontal evaluation, oral hygiene instructions and Fluoride treatment for children under the age of 12. Our in-office wellness plan is a membership-based dental savings plan that allows you to receive care without dental benefits. Members pay an annual fee to receive regular exams, cleanings, X-rays, and access to significantly reduced rates on other restorative dental procedures provided in our office.
The 15% discount excludes: Snap On Smiles, Lumineers, Clearcorrect or Invisalign orthodontic treatment or retainers, diagnostic wax ups, Sonicare brushes, brush heads or products sold in the office, teeth whitening products, implant procedures and removable dentures and partials.
